Who we are
Enrolled builds websites and enrolment marketing for early childhood centres. We're based in Hamilton, New Zealand, and we follow the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you ask for a free health report, we collect your centre's website address and your email address. To write the report we also look at information that's already public: your centre's website, your Google Business Profile and reviews, and how your centre shows up in Google and AI search results.
We don't collect information about the children or families at your centre, and we never use it for our own marketing.
Why we collect it
- To write your health report and send it to you.
- To build the preview of your new website that we show you.
- To contact you about the report and your new site. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Who else sees it
We use a few service providers to run the site and send email, such as our website host and email provider. They handle your information only to provide that service to us. Some of them store data outside New Zealand. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we're talking with you about your centre, and for as long as you're a client. If you don't go ahead, ask us and we'll delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email rick@enrolled.nz. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
